We’ve committed to promoting flexible and part-time working - something we’re already passionate about - especially in senior level roles that attract higher salaries. We’ll use our experience as flexible working specialists to help our clients put in place and implement recruitment, development and promotion processes that are non-discriminatory towards women.
We’re also looking at ways in which we can support women who are under-represented through mentoring and women's networks.
