New Business Sales Executive

Are you an experienced at new business sales, looking for a role that is 4-5 days a week but gives you flexibility over hours worked and location? 

We are delighted to be working with an industry leading technology company based in Central Bristol who is looking to grow its sales team. 

Our client offer uncapped commission on a sensible target, a base salary from £26-40K (based on your experience) and the opportunity to join a fast growing business that's the market leader in its chosen sectors.

Flexibility

Our client are offering genuine flexible working opportunities, they will focus on establishing clear goals and objectives, the focus will be on the New Business Sales Executive hitting goals to allow a mature approach to the working arrangement. The role is full time, however the overview is;

  • 4 days a week core hours 9.30-2.30pm office based
  • Rest of the time can be home based if required
  • One day a week from home
  • Travel a couple times a month, including occasional overnight stays as required

Candidates must have:

  • 2 years+ lead generation experience, having worked in solutions/benefits based BD environment in past (we are not looking for product sales experience)
  • Client facing experience, must be able to speak face to face with clients at a senior level
  • Experience in lead generation (will be required to generate own leads)
  • Proven track record of achieving own sales targets in a solutions/benefits BD environment
  • Exceptional work rate and energy
  • Desire to develop into business development role
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Consultative approach to working
  • Ability to speak confidently to senior business leaders on phone and face to face
  • An interest or experience in technology/cloud software and/or education/public sector
  • Highly organised and great and prioritisation
  • Outstanding attention to detail
