Our clients’ pensions regulatory lawyers (Solicitor 0-2 yrs PQE or Associate 3-5 PQE) have in-depth understanding of pensions regulatory bodies and advise on all aspects of pensions law, including PPF cases, scheme funding and governance, legal interpretation, strategic advice and buy-ins.
About the role
Our client is looking for an experienced Pensions Regulatory Lawyer to join their Pensions team, which is consistently ranked in the top tier. Their team has “deep expertise in the full spectrum of pension matters, ranging from funding questions to regulatory compliance.”
Flexible working options
- Full time with one day a week at home once established in role
- Four days a week (with option of one day a week at home once established in role)
- Option for a couple of school drop offs/pick up a week
- Early or late starts
About the work
Our client provides advice and support on complex pensions regulatory matters, to both public and private sector clients. The team advises on pensions regulatory schemes of all sizes and clients including:
- Clearance applications
- Regulatory investigations
- Scheme funding negotiations
You should have an excellent academic record and 'hands-on' pensions regulatory experience gained at a professional firm with a first-class reputation for pensions work. You should also be a strong team player, as one of our values is collaboration and, have good attention to detail, as you will be expected to manage a complex workload. Experience in the supervision and bringing on of junior lawyers would be advantageous.
